Developed over a decade, the Supertech R10 Solid Helmet is Alpinestars’ most advanced race helmet for road and track, engineered for protection, aerodynamic efficiency, and low weight. ECE 22.06, DOT and FIM certified, it combines a carbon composite shell, eight-piece EPS, CFD-tested aerodynamics, an Optical Class 1 visor and an 11-vent layout to deliver stability, wide vision and cooling, while the A-Head system fine-tunes fit for long-ride comfort.

Construction

  • Carbon shell construction: multi-layer composite of 3K high-density carbon, uni-directional carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass bonded with epoxy resin for controlled deflection and penetration resistance; approx. 1,540 g (size M).
  • Certified to: ECE 22.06, DOT, and FIM standards.
    A-Head fitment system: internal crown carrier with adjustable height and angle; four outer shell sizes with corresponding inner shell/EPS sizes for precise scaling.
  • Aerodynamic shell components: CFD- and wind-tunnel-developed profile with lateral winglets, surface turbulators, and interchangeable Road and Race rear spoilers on patented release mounts.
  • Ventilation architecture: 11-port layout with 7 intakes (3 in the chin guard, 4 on top) and 4 exhaust outlets integrated with internal channeling.
  • Shield system: Optical Class 1 visor with anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings, metal central locking mechanism, and quick-release, tool-less base plates; 220° lateral and 57° vertical aperture.
